Orange Tree, Richmond (Greater London)

My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The location is superb, right across from Richmond Station making it extremely convenient for exploring. The room, although small, was lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, the noise level was unexpected and affected my overall experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were cozy with a shabby chic decor, a very comfortable bed, and an excellent shower. However, the room being next to the bottle bin and facing the main high street was a bit of a drawback. The staff provided professional and helpful service but seemed more focused on other tasks at times. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Richmond with easy access to various attractions. The dining experience was okay, with limited breakfast options. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few minor inconveniences.

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The room was excellent, with a comfy bed, cable TV, and overall just fab. However, the big fan outside the window made it sound like we were on a plane at night, and the room was extremely small for the price. Despite being a brewery-owned pub chain, the hotel had everything I needed and more, including a really comfortable bed, full Sky TV, a great location, and friendly staff.

The hotel is a great choice for my base when I'm in town, offering comfortable and well-decorated rooms with excellent amenities. Although we were on the top floor, the stay was cozy with a great, comfy bed and a pub downstairs. The service was friendly and very helpful, especially with luggage assistance. The location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from the train station and ideal for exploring Richmond and beyond. The dining experience was excellent, providing a nice range of quality dishes. Overall, a brilliant experience with a few minor drawbacks.

The location was ideal for exploring Richmond and its high street, especially for those wanting a blend of nature and city life, or needing quick access to the railway station. The dining had a nice atmosphere but could improve with a wider variety of dishes, and some items like fruit salads were not served with condiments or cutlery, which arrived lukewarm. Facilities were adequate but not outstanding.
